Jacky Ng is the Operations Manager at our Singapore Branch of Law In Order. He has over 10 years of operation experience in document management.
Jacky is responsible for staff and supplier management, and client relationship management. Also part of his role is process improvement for quality, productivity and efficiency. He also takes care of the day to day operation for client job requests.
Prior to joining Law In Order, Jacky gained valuable experience as an Operations Executive for a major document services organisation. His main responsibility was managing global service accounts with onsite staff handling client documents. This included staff management, process improvement, site visiting and meetings with clients, problem solving and reporting.
Jacky holds a Diploma in Management and certification for Lean Six Sigma.
